I have these three little dots on the tip of my dick....

I think you can see them in this photo. I have HPV. I've had to deal with warts. These are not operating like them. They don't hurt, when I'm completely hard you can barely see them. When I go limp they stay red for a while, when I wake up I can't see them at all. They fit exactly with the pores, and are not papules.
I was cleaning a shower with a brillo pad, and some of the steel wool stayed in my hand. Later, I went to play with myself and I cut the tip of my dick with steel wool.
any ideas?

HPV is the most common STD 70% of people have it. PERIOD. most cases don't show and are fought off without anyone ever knowing. If you are active sexually, you have it.

Btw, get vaccinated with Gardasil.

most likely natural aging anatomy. keep an eye on them for discoloration, growth and irritation. If that occurs, or just for peace of mind, see your MD or dermatologist.
