funny... pressed wrong key....lol

Not so much fun in a situation of urgency I suppose :) So if it were $17.00, try disguise is an option. If it were $17,000, an air ticket to a remote location where you could live like a Queen on a $1,000 a year to have the ability to think through a situation would be an option.

If you are in danger, the options are for protection. If you think the available protection would not be able to help you, your options are reduced. If you are in danger or threat from your choices of your own doing, or lack of intuitiveness on your behalf, then using the intuitive behaviour that landed you in that position in the first place should lend a hand. No, I won't ask why your need to leave in a hurry, because it is up to you to introduce the reason why. Is all assumption on my side.

People? If you wish to assume 'People' answered your thread, ok. I 'singular', never jumped to any conclusion, I basically asked for more info. Now you give it, sleep a little more until you are not so tired, then make a decision when a little more awake.

Go where there work is. Whatever your career or trade, find a place where you can easily get another job. Then find a temporary cheap apartment until you can find better. (Don't spend all your money getting where you need to go and getting set up.)

If you love the coastlines... the Gulf is great and so is the west coast.
Or perhaps you might enjoy the mountains for a change. Tennessee and Kentucky are beautiful places.

I understand needing a change of scenery!

as i have often mentioned to other folk
If this is an employment issue compared to Personal
I believe many of us are pre-destined to follow a career path, often one we have no idea is in that mind of ours
Whatever location you do decide or end up in, could determine how good an opportunity you have, especially if your employer suggests you take a position .. wherever he thinks, is best for you, and more so the company.
I am assuming he is a good employer with your interests at heart

Just make a go of it, and perhaps dont let him/folk know you have any major finances available
Always ways of keeping mum and saying you have less than you do. rainy day survival/security etc kicks in.
Bosses are often willing to use there company's funds to relocate there, employees
Usually its absolutely no skin off there nose/tax deductible etc

Good Luck with whatever area you end up in
If its an employer issue, go where he suggests.
Plenty of time for you to choose a living area, going by what your posts are indicating
That ones called the retirement phase.ha

You're the one that used the words "have to" which made it sound like you were going into the Witness Protection Program.
