In this section of lpsg, “Ask a <insert gender identifier here>” there are 4.5 ways to query a male, and only 1.5 ways to query a female...

The females I find here that are active participants are pretty staunchly pro feminist, and rightfully so, (Remember, women make up 50% of the population, and are the mothers to the rest... just sayin) and I wuz wonderin if you felt slighted by the inequity of the posting possibilities in this section.

Oh call me a troll, but it’s raining catz n dogz here right now, and as I was wandering around here, that thought popped into my head... (catz n dogz reference in no way was referring to any form of beastiality, just major precip at the moment)

Cheers,
RD

So if there's 4.5 ways to ask men and 1.5 ways to ask women are you forgetting the trans community who are members to or ate you counting them as the .5 in the two watt coz if so that's rather rude

You can see what a miserable place ask a trans person is.
And honestly a LOT of the ask a straight man is basically the straight guys getting the kind of disturbing attention women get.

Weird, because the gay men I know aren’t all predatory. Why are the gay dudes online so...insistent?

Why do you say only 1.5 ways? There's 2 ways as I see it, ask a woman and ask a trans person (which includes trans women). Adding in ask a bi, gay, straight woman isn't necessary, as there are few active women here.

For the record, I’m not a TERFer, transwomen are good to post in AAW, in my eyes.

I’m guessing that he’s counting that as the .5 of each gender.

For clarification purposes, I believe AMAB and AFAB also known as transwomen and transmen are women and men respectively. There still aren't enough women on this site to justify splitting Ask a Woman (and I welcome any transwomen to post here or in Women's Issues) into multiple sections.

I’m bad at math. I like turtles.

See the TURTLE of enormous girth!
On his shell he holds the earth.
His thought is slow but always kind;
He holds us all within his mind.
On his back all vows are made;
He sees the truth but mayn’t aid.
He loves the land and loves the sea,
And even loves a child like me
