I love voting day! I leave for work of late at 5:45 a.m. so I could not vote before work, but was able to leave early from work so that I could vote around six p.m.
I felt like a kid on Christmas to be able to vote. My friends also feel the same way. I think it is a privilege that I am fortunate to have and was very hapy to see my local polling place very busy full of people who had worked hard all day, some people with children, elderly with people helping them to vote.
I have friends from all walks of political life and we all respect and appreciate one another's opinions.
How I voted or how you vote is immaterial. That we voted is important.
