Though I know it's not the popular point of view here and most think he's somehow more droll and clever than the rest.. I find him humorless too.

I certainly understand that view, Stronzie.

I certainly never found him droll, and a lot of what he said seemed pointlessly brutal. But every so often, he would just deflate the pomposity of someone's position ... and I would so totally get his point.

EDIT: Stronzie, I would admit there is nothing directly likeable about Dr. Rock. He makes no attempt ... and some people, for some possibly perverse reason, are going to like that, I among them. Can't explain it.
