I suggest start with the JP90 routine, and then move on to more advanced exercises. Figure out what you want girth or lenght. Some believe length before girth, due to less collagen matrixes to deform when pulling.

Ive gained a little over 1/4" length and a little less than 1/4" girth, but that girth came from gaining width on the shaft almost at 2" (1 7/8")., this is with over 7 months of PE. Stretched flaccid is around 8.25", so I believe that I will eventually reach that point.

Current routine now is one I just began last week, and so far my flaccid is hanging really nice and thick.

I hang everyday 15minx 5-6 sets a day.. and 2 days out of the week I hang only one set. Point in hanging is to keep the ligaments in a state of constantly being broken down.

Also 3 of those days include 2x15min sets of pumping @ 5hg, mixed with jelqs (80% erect), V-jelqs and kegeling about 300-400 total in 3 sets.

Pumping and hanging are more advanced exercises..

Oh last thing read up on TGC theory.

My exercises continue at the rate of one day on and one day off (im going to stick to this for at least a month until my body gets used to the strain).

I have built up to 10 minutes of stretches and 4 sets of 70 Jelqs. I am adding 5 reps of Jelquing every time I do it. At the moment I feel fine. I do a 20 minute warm up and warm down with a hot water bottle.

I am thinking of moving on to another routine at the end of the month, maybe the JP90 routine I keep hearing about. Would I be getting ahead of my self to start that so soon?

I am having trouble keeping my dick at the right hardness when I jelq. I tend to get either too hard or too soft. It is difficult to judge 60 % hard. Does it mean just soft enough to be able to compress the flesh of your dick? I am pleased to say its more likely that im too hard than too soft.

I am also having difficulty measuring my dick. I tried making a paper cylinder that is 6 inches in length x 5 inches in Girth. However this was too narrow to fit over my dick!!!
There is no way I could have improved that quickly. When I measured my dick again with a tape measure It wasnt as girthy as the paper that I had used, maybe 4.7 inches. So i am finding it hard to get a set measurement of my dick. How does everyone else measure???? What is the most reliable method??
