I agree to that Eco-bill bullshit when I got Comcast. Now I can't get them to send me a bill in the mail. They say they will, but they don't. I called to speak to a supervisor. The girl said none were available without checking, meaning they don't let you speak to them. I told her hold on. Put the phone down. A few minutes later I picked up and said "are you still there" she said yes "I said okay hold on" and put the phone down. After a few minutes the phone started with the noise that the line was off the hook.
