iluvbig: I work in a hospital operating room. There was a 17yo having a circumcision. He had the most spectacular cock and balls that I have ever seen. (And I have seen many in person and through massive collection of porn.) It had to be 8in soft. It was thicker (soft) than any dick I have ever seen, even hard. His balls hung even lower than his cock and a man's hand could not close around even one of his nuts. I could not even decide if his cock or balls was more impressive. They were both unnaturally large. He was very thin making the whole package even more pronounced. This is not fiction.

I have never seen anything like this in my life. He must be in the top 1% of male size. I can't even imagine him fitting all of his equipment into a pair of bluejeans. It would bulge out to an embarrassing degree. If he wore speedos then he would spill out on all sides.

I cannot get his cock image out of my mind (and I don't want to!)

You can think he's a lucky guy - or maybe not so lucky. Perhaps he's embarassed about not being able to hide it

But circumcising a work of art like that?????????????

Could his skin not be saved because of medical reasons or was it elective?

KinkGuy busy rethinking career choices :D

The urologist said that his penis was outgrowing his foreskin and that when his foreskin was retracted the head of his penis was being constricted. It was not elective.

I'm sure his skin was put to good use. I understand that foreskins make excellent grafts on burn victims.

Pecker? For real? I never know when you're kidding or not? I would like to believe some good could come from circumcision.

I'm not kidding. They separate cell layers in the foreskins (of babies, for obvious reasons) and are able to culture and stretch the skin many times its original size. Can you imagine getting a modern skin graft for a shark bite to the thigh? Suddenly you'd have a brand new erogenous zone! :p

Cadaver skin is also used to in a similar way to temporarily cover deep burns.

yeah, this is why a lot of hospitals still practise neonatal circumcision. they get about $700 per foreskin on average. pretty sickening when you think about it.

If that's right, than the circumcision office is more like a butchering shop on crack, with the same profit margin of crack (so to speak, i wouldn't know. Just one of my random analogies!)

Amazing. You would do this fellow a favor if you (or his Dr.) told him about LPSG.org

:grr: Sure it was not elective for the kid, only for the doctor. There are many options other than radical amputation to correct tight foreskins. But hey, doctors love to cut off body parts for high fees. That's their job you know. "Do no harm"? Yeah right.

It is not radical, nor is it amputation. Amputation is surgical removal of a limb, not an organ or tissue.

Amputation doesn't have to be of a limb, specifically. Medical literature refers to amputation of fingers, toes, hands, and the penis, none of which are specifically limbs. I found a 1999 article in the British Journal of Urology that uses 'amputation' to refer to the removal of the foreskin -- but I'll admit this usage isn't common.

Well, I've had sex with more cut than uncut males. I would never say, "The majority of my sexual partners were amputees." Uncommon usage indeed!

Right, because the connotation -- not a "liberal" definition -- wouldn't make sense. But if you wanted to sound rather spiff, you could add in a clause about "willing amputeeism" or some such.
