FYI I have started walking l hour per day . What a change to my erections. I'm in my early 60's and have had some erection issues for a while. I use the blue pill from time to time. So i started walking about 4 wks ago and i really notice a difference. I'm not over weight and i don't smoke. I have a variety of supplements i take to try and improve the situation but the walking has been the best thing i have ever done, i'm so happy i started.

I’m glad you posted this because I was just talking with a friend about erection issues we’ve both had a we’ve aged. His is more persistent, and he’s even having problems with Viagra. Mine is responding to natural supplement, and I’m certain the yoga I do helps. I believe walking, particularly brisk walking, increases testosterone. I’m going to suggest this to my friend. And I’m going to take up walking too. Although yoga may help some with circulation, I think sustained walking for thirty minutes does better for sexual health. Thank you again for posting this.

You found out the truth! Walking is the MOST underrated activity! Funny thing is I rarely see younger folks just walking. And if they are they are staring at their phone.

I walk almost every day. I started it at the beginning of the pandemic drama. I needed to clear my brain and replace my cardio at the gym closed due to the lock down. Fast forward a year and a half, I still do my walk before the gym. Why? It calms my mental state and really helps with blood flow (great erections). I think the time spent out walking is meditative as much as physical. Less stress... Better erections too I think!

Walk every morning before breakfast. Great way to start the day. Wish I could say it helped my erections but nothing other than pills helps

a side note: i've been going commando and wearing my ball weights. I love it!!!

I was going to say... I wear a cock ring out on my walks (still working out the ball stretching situation). I have pouched underwear that allow the "boys to play" as I walk too!

This is a big lesson for all of us skipping cardio almost every time.

This thing about walking, hiking, or biking (my fave) is it's simply a nice activity. I never use the term cardio as it denotes a chore (to me anyway).
