    ive tried jelqing for a little while and im unsure if ive seen any gain in size, but i think i may have damaged my penis. there are quite a few things that are bothering me and i dont know what could cause it other than this maybe. here are my concerns.
    -the head of my penis doesnt ever feel full, as if blood is not filling it up
    -erections are not as hard and are harder to get
    -lack of libido, i used to be horny 24/7 now i dont even know what its like to be horny anymore
    -takes some self pleasuring to get an erection, maybe even some porn
    -if i stop touching myself, my erection goes away very quickly. even if i continue watching porn it still goes away

    also i kind of watch a lot of porn, probably due to my insecurity with getting it up, but im a young guy (around 18) so i dont know what it could be. i masturbate maybe 2 or 3 times a week at most but when i do i jerk until i have maybe 3 or so orgasms so could this be due to over-masturbation? or porn addiction/withdrawl?

    any help is greatly appreciated

    any stress in your life lately? that can cause what you describe. also, diabetes is prevalent in young people these days and it can also have those effects.

    consider talking to your doctor who can rule out medical causes.

    It seems to me that you have been over-training. In the beginning it shouldn't even be about gaining, just about getting the penis ready to expand. Just relax, take it slow and you'll have your erections back to maximum again.

    And. You should ALWAYS do your kegels. Do those and you'll be sporting a rockhard erection in no time!

    Cut back on the porn, you might of got to the stage where porn is the trigger to your erection. You need to wean yourself off it.

    And make sure you do your kegals too, it certainly helps with erections.

    And if your still concerned go and see the doc as the above post states.

    thanks guys. i think it may be anxiety and stress too. i have this anxious/nervous feeling like in the pit of my stomach and i dont know if it is because of this or causing this. also my mind is screwing with me because i keep thinking that if i cant get it up that i might be gay or something but i know im not because i love my girlfriend a lot and i think megan fox is the sexiest piece of ass on the planet and im in no way attracted to guys so i dont know what the hell is happening

    You may be getting a little jaded with your activity. I feel that you should take a about ten days off of jelqing and watching porn. Just take a vacation from all sexual activity, you will be very suprised at the result.

    Anxiety is the #1 erection killer out there. Simply worrying about performance can do it. Sex should be fun, not some kind of mission that you feel the need to prove yourself on.

    Keep your routine balanced and focus on the "Stop and Start" to develop hardness and control.
