So I have this neighbor that im kinda cool wit, ive been over his house to make some tracks and stuff..He always walks outside with his shirt off, real thugged type dude. So I see him today and I havent seen him in a while and were talking about music stuff and then hes like "its good to see you though" and im like "yeah you too" soooo after I walked away I realized what he said and I wouldnt expect to him to say something like that..so im thinkin maybe he's bi/curious cuz the way he is and the way he said was a lil awkward...so let me know what you think lol:biggrin1:

Since you have checked him with "yeah I have and its NICE!!!!". I kinda
disagree that you are reading too much into it. Would suggest caution and
approach him with being neighborly to see what being a good neighbor
means and where it goes. He just may be friendly which you may be
reading something incorrect. If you have interest approach him as a
friendly neighbor and follow the conversation carefully.
In my neigbhorhood, a good neighbor is an 8' high fence...

"Good to see you though" just doesn't seem to be any indication of a sexual interest. Pretty straightforward statement. The guy likes hanging with you other than just dealing with music.
