I truly believe that one's sexual orientation is something that you are born with. I
don't think it is something that you can learn, be influenced by, or choose. It is just
what you are.

And, if that is true, we would all know this as being a part of us from a very young
age, or even if we find one sex more interesting than the other, at least we would
be aware that we find "both" sexes interesting.

This is how it has been with me since I was about 5 years old. I don't know a
great number of BIs personally, but I do know about 10 and many are my good
friends...and one is my LTC. Almost all of them have said that the above was true
for them.

I think the same could be said of Straights and their feelings from a young age, and
the same for Gays. Very few Straights and Gays that I have known, did not know
their orientation from a young age. They may have not acted on it, but deep down
they knew it was there. I doubt it would be something that would one day jump up,
bite you, and say...."here I am."
