When you stand outside a polling place, brandishing weapons, and saying things like..."Now you'll see what it's like to be ruled by the black man, cracker"...and called people "white devils", AND they tried to stop people from entering the pools.

Bullshit. Stick to the facts and not with your convoluted beliefs or the voices inside your head.

On the two videos recorded by EJ, neither one of the men said the things you are coming up with. Someone on the second video stated that they weren't preventing anyone from entering into the building to vote. Plus, it's not illegal in the state of Pennsylvania for a regular civilian to be in possession of a billy club. Case closed.

Plus...just because some ignorant person says they were not doing anything wrong, that does not trump the actual voters that were intimated.

Bullshit again. That's key testimony from a witness that should not be disregarded. The only person claiming to be "intimidated" is the one capturing the video footage. Just because one frightened little boy with a cell phone camera was too scared to walk by two black men with a stick doesn't constitute as "voter intimidation". Especially when you consider that he had no problem walking up to these very same men, within striking distance and with no police backup, in the first film. I'd tend to think if he was really "scared" that he wouldn't have come anywhere close to them. Again, case closed. Get over it.

And the FEDERAL LAW basically says that you as a legal citizen should be able to go vote without people standing with weapons and yelling racial slurs at you.

You still have no evidence of the two men standing in front of the building and yelling racial slurs at anyone. NONE. On top of this, I challenge you to find such a federal law that states this verbatim. If you can't, then shut up.

Show me any example of Fox News, or the former DOJ lawyer they interviewed, where they distorted the facts....

Here's an entire thread about the most recent stunt they pulled just six days ago: http://www.lpsg.org/194588-brietbart-faux-news-and-journalistic.html

You just proved your "educated state". You are asserting that because one woman claimed they were doing nothing wrong...that completely nullifies the ACTUAL people who were intimidated.

Anyone with my educated state would know to only use the facts and evidence presented to them and not dream up some cockamamy, "he said she said" bullshit without any factual backing. What about yours?

Well...YEAH! Here you have nothing short of a slam dunk conviction on voter intimidation...with the P-BO administration pursuing the case, winning a default judgment because the Panthers didn't show up to court.

YAWN. Ask grandma in video two if she was intimidated.
Face the facts, bigot. You wanted them to be guilty so bad just so you could have something to hold over the heads of the Obama Administration. Too bad that the DOJ didn't agree.

And then, out of the blue, it's dropped. But that's not news...Lindsy Lohan going to jail is breaking news on MSNBC...but blatant corruption by the DOJ isn't even covered.

YAWN. Whatever, man. The case is closed.
If there was any real reason to reopen the case, EJ and the rest of the naysayers can appeal and bring it to a higher court. Alas, nobody ever thought about that. They'd just rather bitch about it on Faux to the mindless minions who watch and parrot anything they say.

See, it all comes back to race with the left.

So I guess when the right brought up fake scandals with Van Jones, Acorn, this pathetic New Black Panther Party nonsense and most recently Shirley Sherrod all within the last 18 months, they were doing it just out of concern for the country. When the former Tea Party Express chair wrote a blasphemous letter referring to black people as lazy coloreds who wanted to reinstitute slavery it was all done for the benefit of minorities everywhere.

Yeah, I thought so. Shut up.

The fact is, for some Republicans and people on the right it has ALWAYS been about race. They know they can't get more than 10-20% of the minority vote on any given election, so they do everything they can in order to spark this evil notion that whenever they don't get their way, they lose something to minorities. It's a practice they have been engaging with since the Nixon years and they still do.

RealClearPolitics - Video - Eugene Robinson On The Right-Wing's "Negrophobia"

The Tea Party hasn't ruined anything...

... but themselves. Don't be afraid to finish your sentences next time. I know it must be hard to realize that there are a number of people out there that know the BS on both sides of the fence.

BTW, all of your links are irrelevant to this discussion. I don't give a damn about polls that change with every sunrise or any other slanted, opinionated nonsense that you choose to eat up like a dog samples his own feces. Put down the crystal ball and stop dreaming about a time when an articulate negro isn't in charge. At this rate, you may never see that till 2016.

Dude, give the guy some time. The country is in a DEEP hole and he's been in office for less than half of a term. Did you expect it to get magically better overnight?

He's trying to deal with long term problems as well as working toward getting the economy restarted. Do you know what worst recession since the Great Depression means?

Do you have someone in mind who you think could do a better job? Actually I won't be surprised if you name one particular individual.

In 2008 I voted for Obama.. I was silly enough to believe what a politician had to say. Only to be let down on every promise he made.
Did you vote for Obama?
How do you feel about him now?

Don't let their rants fool you.
They only want to whine and complain. They don't have anyone else better in mind. If they did have any real ideas, they would have been presented a long time ago with details.

Vince, I like you.

I didn't vote for him.

But I like him now. He a big improvement over the dimwit that previously held the office and that in itself is enough for me to like what he's trying to do.

Bush was kinda like banging your head against the wall... It feels so good when you stop.

Did you really think that Barack Obama would give you smaller government and lower taxes? Maybe that was your first mistake.

How do you think President McCain would be doing in office right now?

(I voted for and continue to support the president)

I believe in small government, lower taxes....and I now dislike Obama.

I wish I would have figured before I threw my vote away.

When Mr.Obama was running for office I felt uneasy about him and from this I chose not to vote for him. He has made many unhappy which is true on all Presiidents and leaders time and history will show us and be the judges.

Those of you who voted for Obama thinking smaller government would occur were NOT PAYING ATTENTION . The reasons for reform mandate LARGER government, not smaller. LOWER TAXES? not for the rich! not for the corporations! They led us down this path to economic castastrophe. Did you think Obama was their man? YOU WERE
WRONG. look what he got BP to do. Now BP is trying to use a long -existing IRS rule to write off 10 billion and charge it to us. The president has already indicated he wants this loophole closed before the end of the year.
Did OBAMS promise to remove combat troops from IRAQ by the end of this summer? HE DID , and HE IS. DID he promise to pursue Bin Laden? He did. and we are doing so in Afghanistan. Is it working? not very well. Has he set a date for the beginning of withrdrawal? He has....July of 2011. Did the Wikileaks surprise or upset him? not very much apparently. He appears to looking for a way out. But he has to deal with a military wedded to staying there forever. YOUR emails to him encouraging him to lead us out of Afghanistan help. Send one today.

God bless our president, one of the few rational , sane people in power in DC.

I didn't vote for obama, since the democrates have control of both houses of gov now, they have increased our debt with gov bailouts, the health program is going to cost too much, in fact check it out, catapillar ibm and several other large corp have had to pay fees mounting to a billion if not more, as they had to pay to gov for the retiress, they currently give a health policy too. also 2011 the income tax is going up those in the 10% bracket will pay 15% and in the 15% bracket 20% and some 28%...Throw the socialist democrates out of office.

Thomas Jefferson said in 1805- Democracy will cease to exsist when those that are willing to work will have to pay for those who would not.

At the same time, Thomas Jefferson would have never thought that his statement would be taken out of context to launch a rhetorical lob bomb against entitlement programs more than two centuries later.

The mass majority of people that "don't work" are people who at one time had jobs. They all paid into the systems many Republicans want to deny them access to, such as UI. Only someone who never had a job would ever think that someone is not entitled to the programs they contribute to.

That's got to be it, right? Obama sent him the pink slip that cost him his employment. Couldn't have anything to do with corporations and company owners overreacting to their temporary loss of profits during the current three year recession by downsizing their operations and eliminating people who get paid more to employ cheaper labor, right?

Thanks for dropping the IQ level of this board by 50 posts with your recent line of illogical thought. Now do something humane for once like perhaps helping out your sibling in a time of need. I mean, if you really DO make $1000 "just in overtime".
