With the help of a natural bodybuilder, in the span of about six months he went from nearly 30% body fat to winning an amateur natural bodybuilding competition for his weight class. The only supplements he used were protein powder and creatine. No steroids, no testosterone, no surgery. Nothing un-natural or dangerous. Only very focused diet and exercise. On the day of the competition he clocked in at about 4% body fat, a truly amazing transformation!!!! I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get in shape.
