Maybe it had to do more with personality than penis size? Convenient excuse, and somewhat cruel to use as a reason, but if you are being honest, perhaps you just weren't that into him?

Size doesn't always matter if you know how to work it.

    You shouldn't feel bad.

The "biggest assholes on the planet" are those you meet, say they'll be right back and take off after less than five minutes.

nick, i don't know why i said it. it's completely unlike me, and as soon as the words came out of my mouth i was shocked. it was like i had a stroke or something.
the guy was a jerk, though, and that's probably why i felt compelled to knock him down.
not proud of it, but i apologized.

Did you actually tell him that? Ouchies. I've rejected small guys but I had to come up with stupid reasons quick (e.g. I have a headache or I'm feeling dizzy take me home). So the focus would be on me being a weirdo as opposed to traumatizing him and his sex life for the rest of his life.

laphiha, i completely agree. my last three serious relationships have all been with very average guys, and i've had a great time with guys below and above.

Okay, so maybe it was more about his personality, and it just so happened he wasn't very endowed either. Don't beat yourself up over this.

unfortunately, yes. it was a random hookup thing and he claimed to be 10 years younger, 50# lighter, and twice as big. he was arrogant and a jackass.
when he finally got it up i just looked at it and said, "that's not much of a dick, now, is it?"
i apologized profusely, but the damage was done.

Sometimes arrogant jackasses need to be told "that's not much of a dick."

You properly put him in his place; time to move on.

Since he was being the asshole jerk then you didn't do anything wrong.

Says something about your character (in a good way) that you feel badly for your actions.

But IMO, if he misled you about himself, you were justified.

Another vote that you should move on. :)

See, I think that as soon as he showed up looking NOT even remotely CLOSE to as advertised, you should have asked me to leave (or not let him come in). Fuck that noise.

You were well within your rights to say no on a random hookup. OK, maybe the way you said it wasn't quite up to snuff, but you had an undoubted right to say no. You always do.

Ok, so you were, in the moment, rude. On the other hand, it sounds as though you did the best you could with what you were given to work with.
