I Weighh 126lbs - So Is THIS Loose Skin or Fat?

It looks like fat, but if you would do about 200 crunches everyday it will turn into a six pack, but don't let that go. The older you get the fatter you will get. As a former model I am very consious about my body to this day and I am 42 years old and still have my good body from working out every day.

I would say he is also fairly slim; I would bet alot of money that when he bends down, he doesn't get that bulge. Is that because he has more abdomen muscle than me, or because he has less fat? :confused:

Well he is quite slim and he does have good muscle definition but I think the main reason is he has someone touching up his phots for him.
