I'm not sure that the causality is that definitive. Men don't generally go from having a small cock to having a big cock so they can't really compare. Perhaps the person you're quoting was a confident man anyway, and ascribed it to his endowment. I'm well hung but it hasn't ever given me particular confidence with women.
