I think it's disingenuous to pretend as though people minimize/dismiss other people's fixation on aspects of their physical appearance whilst not have those same physical aspects. And it's not a fantasy - it's reality. If it weren't, then why do people associate a small dick with a lack of masculinity or insecurity?
