While I partially agree with the former, I do think you should leverage a bunch of socials to gain a following, and you can grow and increase your revenue over time - you don't need to have a big following to start. Start posting on TikTok/Twitter/Reddit, tease the potential of an OF, then launch it and begin posting stuff. I would discourage you from doing things that piss people off: PPV content is good, but only do it for content that ACTUALLY should be PPV. Someone is paying for a subscription to you, they expect AT LEAST something. Personal requests are always something you should charge for, since its an additional service. But pissing your subscribers off is an easy way to cause them to leak all your stuff. Although it's likely to happen anyway, you can do things to prevent it by just being decent to your subscribers, giving them content they deserve for the amount you charge.
