He’s the supervising producer of the show, he’s also the hosts assistant and he appears as an actor on the show from time to time.

I think he was an assistant in the first few seasons. He appeared on screen in an acting challenge in season 2.

In the new season, he's listed as a producer. He appears in another acting challenge and can be seen talking to a contestant behind-the-scenes.
