Didn't google build facial recognition software into their search engine so you can drag and drop a picture into the search bar and it will find who it is for you? Unfortunently I can't test this from my iOS device.

If you're talking about google's "search by image", I've tried it, but no luck
Actually I've got those snapshots from a video that I have, so I doubt I'd have any luck doing any reverse image searching.
