I'm thinking it may be by Gregg Homme. I can't find the particular cut of the brief, but the logo looks similar. The logo in your photo appears more square, but it has a similar image in this one.

It's too hard to tell. At first I thought it was 2xist because it appears like a 2 is in front but it doesn't look like something that brand would make.
