Photo ID this model from Willam's book "Suck Less"

Looking for help putting a name to this model. He is in Willam Belli's book "Suck Less (Where There's a Willam, There's a Way). The book has no model ids or acknowledgements. It refers to him only as "Dick" but that could easily just be a joke.

He has a tattoo on his chest that looks like latin but I can't make out most of it.

Anyone recognize him???

Not that it really matters, but I'm pretty sure his tattoo says "illegitimi non carborundum" which translates from latin to "Don't let the bastards grind you down."

Including this detail in my Google searches has not helped tho : /
