This question came up on another site's forum and there it was said he was an 'Active Duty' model called Lance. It was said that these 6 minutes were the last part of an hour-long webcam show that the AD models used to give for the site's subscribing members. I don't know if that was accurate info or not but I simply repeat it here in the hope that someone else can confirm it to be correct. I also believe the complete show is floating around somewhere on one of the many free sites )

It was 9 mins more than an hour but 45 mins of it featured another model called Kacey so that left 24 mins for Lance. Not hardly ever enough if you ask me. Lance was also one of the hung heroes in Active Duty's Hung Heroes 2. There is also one other clip of an extended live show with just him floating around which appears more recent than the other two mentioned.
