no circumcision removes only the skin on the outside of the penis does nothing to the shaft length or girth of the penis.
I’m quite fat and have excess foreskin due to my shaft being under fat does that make a difference?

The foreskin doesn't contain adipose cells. Keratinocytes, fibroblasts, but it's not an area where the body stores fats. Besides, the foreskin doesn't control anything about the length or size of a penis. No more than removing some of the skin from the top of a potato changes it's circumference.

That's why we're here. LPSG: giving the most serious answers to the most non-serious of issues.

I understand that. But a lot of guys myself included have excess foreskin due to our penis shaft being covered in fat. Will removing the foreskin reduce flaccid and erection if not enough skin to accommodate erecting?

I think I see the confusion... The cock won't get smaller if you get a circumcision as it is just skin removed. The fat pad around the cock might be bigger if you're chubbier. The skin attached to it will obviously push the skin on your cock further to the top therefore you might have more foreskin. But the difference to a non-chubby person is minimal. I lost about 40 kg and I didn't really see a difference in foreskin lenght. If you are considering a circumcision and you are worried about it, ask the doctor who will perform the operation. If they are patient and answer all of your question, that's the doctor to go. I don't think we are qualified enough to answer your question satisfactorily.

no the size of your cock is being hidden by the fat pad you have above your penis if you loose the weight more of your penis will be exposed the size of your penis is what it is circumcision does not change that
