I'd disappear. If I had that much money, I wouldn't be here or anywhere else.

I'd retire for sure. I've had enough of the rat race...

I'd build a modern day bathhouse as grand as the ones in Ancient Rome.

It would not be an institution for just licentious behavior but rather a cultural institution where people could take care of their bodies and a place where people would feel comfortable being nude.

There is no proof that anything untoward took place in Roman bath houses, it was a men-only pursuit. Oh, hold on - that theory does not really hold water (unlike the baths!), especially since amongst the Roman upper classes a man was considered weird if he hadn't had at least one sexual relationship with a younger man before he married! Britain had lots of Roman Bath houses as well - just look at Bath itself!

Yes, decadence. I remember reading a story of a retired Roman Emperor who for fun would swim naked in the pool and have little urchins swim about underwater like fishes and bite him as he frolicked in the water.
