I saw a program on world champion bodybuilders, those women do quite a lot of harm to their bodies, the ones in the program were down to 2 and 3% body fat, at that amount of body fat their kidneys are actually in danger of failing. They were showing them posing and when striking certain poses their arms were shaking, I'd always thought that was an artifice to show off their muscles, the program said it was actually because although their muscles were big their bodies were so malnourished that the shaking was caused because of the strain holding those big muscles up put on their bodies.
Women shouldn't be that muscly, anything you have to work at for so long and so intensively isn't a natural state for the human body.
