As for moi, I'd like to be as fit/toned/lean as I was when I was younger (four or so years younger). I used to cycle four miles every day. Someone stole my bike and now I'm not as physically fit as I once was. I don't look BAD naked but it could be a lot better. I get bored lifting weights and there isn't much that does the lower body or legs like cycling does. Its just brilliant. And I hate running/jogging for some reason.
