A while ago I started a thread on what you would change about your penis. That got me wondering what you would change one thing about someone else's penis. It doesn't have to be a partner or would be partner.

I've got a friend who I know has a small dick. He just got a hot new girl friend so I'd give him a thicker dick. He'd still have a short dick but at least it would be thick.
