Latin. Why? Because it is beautiful, it is the ancestor of my mother tongue (Portuguese), and you can say much with few words.

I would like to speak "Woman."

That way, I can make a ton of money as a translator.

As a second choice, I would like to learn to speak "gay man."

I get by, but I could be better.

I'd like to learn Norwegian and Danish (ancestry issues), Japanese (did a little at school and read Shogun when I was 11), Polari (for the hell of it), Hindi (so call-centre staff could actually understand what I was trying to tell them).

For me, would have to be Urdu first of all, with a number of my mates in the UK who speak it (I also know a few choice swear words too)

German, as one of the main line used languages

Polish, as we have a number of poles in the area now, and one of me mates is from a Polish background (I made his dad giggle, when I said Pizda (Cunt) in front of him, to describe someone).

Japanese, as I have always been fascinated with Japan, and would love to visit some time.
