We usually don't advertise the fact, but mime season is 365 days a year in Nevada. You don't need a license to shoot one. Many local city governments often pay a bounty of $50 per mime. In downtown Reno there is a mime reserve, but it they wander outside the designated area it is legal to hunt them down with unregistered hand guns.
