i really love weeping willows...and i really love the Japanese Cherry Tree...they are very beautiful but fortunately, for me, there is a hybrid of these, my two favorite trees...the Weeping Japanese Cherry

they look beautiful in Japanese gardens...or anywhere

so that is what i'd be

i always think of the magic i could create with several thousand acres and a couple hundred million dollar garden budget.

OK but you have to take a midnight swim with me. It was actually magical... or the wine and the moonlight made it feel that way!

It's a deal. Someday we'll do it.

We had a mimosa tree years ago by our pool and it was a mess when the flowers dropped. But I can see envision how beautiful it would be to float around a pool full of Jacaranda blossoms.

A giant Redwood. They the oldest living things on Earth. (Including their closest relative the Giant Sequoia)

Termites won't eat the wood, they have very few diseases and the bio mass in the canopy of a Redwood grove is over 4 times more than that of a Rain forest.

Walking through a Redwood grove is like being in a holy place. There is nothing like it.
