Only because of my kids, I would. However, I would have divorced the first time she abandoned us, and not tried to make it work for the next 5 years.

I think not. But then my marriage did produce my kids whom I adore and can't imagine living without. So if push came to shove, who knows?

Absolutely. And no, she's not watching me type this.
I'd just hope to find her sooner in life so we could both avoid the bad relationships, and the resulting pain and baggage.
