As I was born with hypospadias (hint: google the word) my 4skin was uesd to "relocate" my pee hole from the shaft towards the glans. This was done in 2 surgeries at 4 and 9 years old. Thanks God it all works well and I had no issues to make my wife pregnant right away (three times actually lol)...
