Someone has Derek Thomas’s shots on Kevin d. Hoover’s Provocation mag issue 10??? I really need his photos so much! I actually tried to order this book on Blurb. Unfortunately, it always declined my order and I don’t know why! I used Indonesian mastercard and DECLINED. Even my friend, who lives in Australia, tried to order it and get declined! Oh My God, I’m tired of this
