As silly as it sounds, as a campaign strategy, it might be a good idea for her. Consider how crazy she sounds when she HAS said what she is in favor of doing. Better to shut up about it. At a time when Reid is apparently so unpopular that the race is too close to call, she would be wise to say little about what she believes or would vote for. If Nevadans hate Reid so much that they would be willing to lose their seniority in the Senate AND elect a nutcase, then they can pay the price for doing so.
On a larger scale, both parties are actually better off not going into details about what they would try to accomplish if they control Congress. The decisions that will have to be made in the next few years will be ugly and difficult to sell to their constituents. No point in campaigning on those issues until they have to.
If you're not willing to reveal details to your plan to fix the state or nation I live in, then you're not adequate enough to get my vote. That's essentially like hiring someone for a job based on looks and not what's on their resume. Angle is ill-informed and thoroughly unqualified for the position she's running for.
