Is there a certain age where it is too late to start PE?
As long as you can use your hands and your penis is healthy you can benefit from PE exercises.
I'm over twice your age. Quit worrying, and start working. It won't be instantaneous and you will hit plateaus. You need to have a routine and stick to it. Two or three years of work is actually a minimum. And that is continuous. As with almost anything, work and study are required.
You're at the perfect age to begin PE. So, get started with:
Yep, not too late...get movin!
I started at 34 when my wife was pregnant with our second child and sex no longer was possible. well, it was possible, just very uncomfortable for my wife. imagine her surprise when we resumed sexual relations after the baby was born, and I was nearly an inch larger in length and in girth. not that I was small to begin with, mind you. and she liked the increase in size, but asked me not go bigger, especially longer. as it turned out, I did not gain in length, but my girth increased a little more.
na just do it... and stick with it! it takes a little while to figure out what will work best for you
I've read about and have helped men in their 70's with their training, so there doesn't seem to be any "limit".
Yep, Big Al is right, there isn't an age limit as long as your heart and hands can keep up with the required procedure...
do you need it???
It's too late when they're chiseling a stone with your name on it.
Go for it!
