Stretching methods will help most gain size. Everything from 0.5-2 inches or the like, depending on your penis, your training and how long you stick with it. Just watch out, there are risks in pulling a member out of shape!
Stretching such as BTC (behind the cheeks), A-stretch, bundled stretching and fulcrum hanging are the best. Its best to stretch in the shower by keeping as much heat as is comfortable on your cock. Then you can do more stretches after wards and wet jelqs with a semi-erection. Dry jelqs with a high erection are best for girth. With a lot of lengthening exercises you erection quality will drop over time so you will need to cut back and then do girth work such as dry jelqs, ulis and balooning.
