as for gains, you will need to work on it for awhile but you can gain another inch or two in both girth and length. if you want to add more girth rather than length, I would recommend using a pump and not putting in a stretching routine. its all a matter of preference.

After a 5 minute warm up, jelq at 50-80 percent erect, each stroke should take around 5 seconds. Do this for 10 minutes to start with, 2 days on and 1 day off. Add an extra minute each week.
