I'm Chinese. Just curious: are most Asian guys cut down there or not?

Hey, my name is Wei. I'm a new member, I'm Chinese & living in So Cal. My city is an area with a very high Asian population. Anyhow, I'm interested in your views/experiences on this topic. Hope it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or weird:

A few days ago, a buddy was at the gym shower - he is Hispanic - he said that he noticed that most Asian/Chinese guys in our city & also Native Americans have the cut down there (circumcised) & much more than other non-Anglo minorities such as Hispanic & African American and he's surprised I'm not, like him. Yep, we both got "ant-eater" jokes aimed at us in the past. Btw, he's not gay and nor am I - just curious, I guess. Anyhow, I discreetly checked out the large shower room there the next time & I went to see if he was right. It was full of Asian guys, some other races & also 3 Native American guys I know & found out my buddy was totally right. We never used the showers in high school and tho I heard cut/uncut mentioned several times b4, exactly who is cut/uncut never came up in conversation there - nobody liked to say either way - & I just assumed other Asian guys were uncut, like me.

Also I was at summer camp about 3 yrs back with a load of Asian buddies from high school, and we took a shower there in a big shower room all together for a dare & suddenly my buddies were jokin around with all kinds of "ant-eater" jokes - it took a while to realize they were talkin anout ME - then I thought wtf, why are they all talkin about mine - then I noticed that their heads at the end were all uncovered & they told me they're circumcised. Tbh, I felt quite a shock to be in that situation of a minority in my own community...

I guess loads of Asian guys are uncut like me. If you're Asian, have you ever been in a similar situation where you had "ant-eater" jokes from other Asians or guys from any other races about it, when they find you're different?

Hey xxluiren, thanks a lot! And thanks for sharing that urs is cut. Just saw your photos of your private area - wow - and your circumcision scar is real cool! Yours looks similar to my buddies, with the head at the end uncovered. So different to mine which has a long, boring skin over it. I've also never seen another Chinese guy with it erected before!!!

I'm not gay, but tbh before the summer camp I didn't know EXACTLY what circumcised was supposed to look like, didn't even know that ALL the skin cover is usually cut off - I was THAT naive! So I was kinda fascinated when we took the shower to even see my Chinese buddies' dicks for the first time & then so surprised when I saw their heads all totally uncovered instead of hidden away under the skin. I can't quite explain it, but my Chinese buddies are quite conservative, we always kept our private areas hidden b4, so the idea of suddenly seeing everything, let alone seein the heads uncovered, my buddies explainin to me they're circumcised, all that seemed totally incredible to me...

I'm Asian and is uncircumcised.
My friends who's from China is uncircumcised as well, so no. No ant-eater jokes.
I don't really see a lot of cut Asians, but eh, depends.
Asians coming from Muslim countries (Indonesia, Malaysia) are usually cut while those who comes from Japan and China usually isn't.

Noticed in Asia proper it appears to be getting a little more prevalent. Although I am an uncut Anglo, most of the Asian my age I have seen are uncut. Younger guys though seem to be a mix bag based on the country and customs (see the link below).

I live in South Korea and curiously they do get circumcised. However unlike other countries, boys don't get circumcised at birth, instead they tend to get cut in middle or high school. Apparently it had to do with the American influence during the Korean war. The Korean soldiers noticed the American GI's were cut and started to get circumcised to emulate them.

Half filipino and half Scottish/German, I'm cut like my dad and most Filipinos. I think it's American/Muslim influence. Most filipino boys are cut at puberty but I was cut at birth. Kinda wish I made the choice.

I'm cut down there. I'm from the Philippines and most if not all Filipinos think if a man is uncut then he's known as "Supot" or "Totoy" which normally mean that the man is just a little boy and is not fit for marriage. Sometimes I wish I was uncut though since I hear stories from my uncut foreign friends that they feel much more arousal. Which may be true since there is more skin for contact.

I live in France but I'm (very) remotely asian. My great grandma was from there so she got all of her sons cut (and pierced) around the age of 15 and this "tradition" went on. I'm uncut though simply because I naturally have almost no skin down there.

I'm ethnically Chinese and uncircumcised, even though I grew up in Indonesia. Boys are usually circumcised at or just before puberty there.
