Well let me start off by saying i think I really caused perminant damage. To make a long story short i may have pumped a total of 20 times in a few. Every time i pumped i never went over 5-6hg for more then 20-25min sometimes 10-15 at a time.

Just about everytime i was done my balls would hurt, tingling feeling in my scrotum and id ache for days after along side weird feeling around my whole groin area. Id take days off to try and feel better before id pump again.

As the weeks went by my erections were getting softer, loss of sensation in my balls and ejaculations felt like nothing. Really scary feelings to be honest to the point where I boxed all my stuff up and said Im done for a long time.

Here I am at least 3 months later and my erections are horrible and my ejaculations are kind of weak. I still dont feel right and im getting paranoid to the point where I think I caused permanent damage.

Im at a loss of words at this point and hell i try and watch porn and my cock just doesn't get as hard as before. Anyone have any experience or advice on this matter? Looking back at the whole pumping thing its real easy to over do it due to the excitement and thrill but at the end of the day its really not worth the risks.

My penis has an upwards curve so everytime i pumped my head would be pressed hard against the tube. I dont know but what permanent damage can be had? Im so worried that I wont be able to please a women every again.

I would seriously consider seeing a urologist as soon as possible, and put aside any embarrassment and tell him everything that led to this.

It's possible you have developed a calcium deposit in a place that prevents you from becoming very erect, i.e. Peyronie's disease but instead of curvature or pain you have erectile issues. This happened to me years back, it was very depressing but eventually healed. I did some visualization therapy, don't know if that contributed to the healing but it couldn't have hurt.

I don't want to sound an alarm, but I need to be honest. If you have parasthestia (fancy way of saying that sensations don't feel right, feel weak, feel tingly, weird, numb, etc.), you might have underlying nerve damage. Now, before you scream and think your dick is down for the count, take a deep breath. And consider a not nearly as crucial but similar injury I had sustained some time ago.

I tried to hulk out on some shoulder shrugs and I overworked my shoulder. A few years later, I slave way too hard on a computer all the time and, with shitty posture and stress, I retweak some muscles up there and near my neck. Whatever the case, my right shoulder was so hard, it pinched a nerve running down my arm. Felt like my funny bone was going off all the time and my pinky tingled a bit.

I didn't get it looked at; I didn't have health insurance. Everything eventually came back to normal, but I can reaggravate this injury if I'm not careful.

And since it totally makes sense that you can overwork you r dick -- yes you can, yes you can -- and there's a lot of muscle in there. You might have overworked your dick. But yeah, get your ass to a urologist. If you're near a college campus, try their sports medicine facility.

(Only reason I know this: I had gone about 10 days not jerking because I was on a vacation with a friend. I hit my new destination, jacked as if my life depended on it, and "popped" something in there because I shot too hard. Doc laughed, gave me a scrip just in case, and I was fine.)

First off I just wanted to thank the few who took the time to post. Not to sound ignorant in any way but what would a urologist do this many months out? I don't have insurance so itys hard for me to see any Dr at the moment. Im still angry at myself everyday for not doing this and not excepting what I was born with.

It just blows my mind that at how little I pumped caused this pain and irritation so many months after not pumping. Imn still getting tingling feeling in my scrotum here and there and I did get a ok erection last night. Think my mind is playing a little part in whats going on. Maybe I'll call a few docs and see what they charge but im sure if any tests or xrays need to be done it will cost me an arm and a leg.

If you are not feeling pain or loss of sensation, then what ever you might have done will heal itself over time. A doctors visit is always a good idea, if for anything else for peace of mind.
If your financially unable to see a doctor you could try a free clinic.
your penis is not a muscle it is merely a three vessels that fill with blood, so no need to worry about muscle damage. If you are still feeling sensation its not nerve damage.
Sounds like you might have strained your pc muscle.....give it time.
If it hasn't turned blue its not gonna fall off.

First, NO X-RAYS! I doubt any doc would ever point x-rays down there anyhow, but there is a reason you put a lead coat over your genitals when you get x-rays at a dentist's office. Keep them sperm healthy and un-mutated!

If you can't see a doc, her's my advice.

1) Give it time to heal. Don't put your cock and balls through anything strenuous, and even refrain from erections and masturbating too much if you can help it. It may take a few weeks or months, but you can give your body the best chance of repairing damage by giving it time, rest, and proper nutrition. Eat super healthy, get proper sleep, keep stress to a minimum.

2) Positivity and Visualization. As I stated about when I once had Peyronie's, it was once I stopped letting myself get too depressed about it, and every night before bed I would spend ten minutes sort of meditating, thinking positive thoughts about my penis fully healing and- this is important- imagine the actual repair process at the molecular level, that I began to heal. Picture repairing type molecules and new healthy cells removing and replacing damaged ones and scar tissue, nutrients being brought to where they're needed. It sounds ridiculous (as a man of science, to me it was silly but I did it anyway), but I think it helped. I have seen many others make similar claims about making body changes. Mind over matter. Thinking about your body performing some process on itself actually DOES make your body perform that process in many cases.

3) The pumping pressures and times you used, I find it amazing you were injured, those are very safe levels you were using. So, pumping isn't for you.

That does not mean you have to settle for what you have. Once you are fully healed, I highly HIGHLY recommend joining thundersplace.org, and reading everything you can about PE. There are so many options for enlargement that WORK, but it requires great technique, time and effort, so you have to read a lot at first. Using just jelqing and manual stretches I gained a 1/4" in girth almost immediately. Many of the moderators and senior members at Thunder's Place have some amazing stories to tell of unbelievable, permanent gains in size, and recent members are clearly seeing gains too so it's not some select group for whom the stuff works, it works for anyone willing to put in the time and effort. But this is ONLY once you're healed.

Good luck to ya!

Well I think that the massive amount of stress is playing a little role in my problems. Iv been trying to mentally focus and its def helping. The two things i guess that haven't changed much are the fact my flaccid penis doesn't hang like it used to, its shriveled up and small, like tucked away. Also I keep getting that tingling feelings (months after my last session) in my balls which I always felt after pumping which im assuming is my nerves regaining circulation?

My penis used to be very sensitive but now not so much, there is def some sort numbness that occurred during my pumping. Im sure watching the amount of porn I do has effect on me mentally as it makes me feel ashamed of my size. At least things are starting to get better but I still may call some Docs and see if maybe I can afford and appointment. Wanted to thank you all for taking the time to answer and educate me on this matter. What sucks is i really enjoyed pumping but seeing as every time I pumped even at low hg i was in pain for days. Its just not worth the risk to me anymore but I will say its VERY easy to over do it if you dont know what you're doing.

Ive been a pumper since 91.never had any problems.honestly..i think stress is the problem.

Well you're on lucky mofo. Did you ever have loss of sensation in ur penis and balls? It didnt matter what HG i pumped with my balls ALWAYS hurt. My shaft and balls would have no sensation for days if not weeks after pumping and my ejaculations felt like nothing.

Im just going out on a limb here in saying pumping is not for me. Its not for everyone and iv excepted that even though I love pumping so much the risks just aren't worth it for me. Suck because I spent a good amount of money of my weapons of ass destruction.

Are you still healing, gradually gaining feeling back?

I would say for sure pumping isn't for you. Are you certain the pressures you were using were in inches Hg? There are many other forms of PE that are more effective too, stretching, jelqing, hanging, and many others. Don't get discouraged.

I hope things are working out in the healing process. Stay positive, and believe in your body's ability to heal. If you can afford it, see a doctor!

Im feeling a lot better actually thanks for asking. Its still not 100% but im satisfied by the way i currently feel. I dont have the adapter that locks in the top of the tube so i have to push the hose tight in the pump so my readings arent 100% accurate. I wont deny that I over did it a few times and dont know what the hg's were on those pump sessions.

I really did enjoy pumping but now im terrified of it. Debating whether or not to sell all my gear or hold on to it. To be honest I have no desire to jelq or stretch. Pumping was a set it and forget it for 10-20min as jelqing and stretching takes manual labor and patience which I dont have. We shall see what the future holds but for now all enlargement period is on the back burner for a long time. My balls hurt just thinking about pumping:biggrin1:

The first thing here is that when the penis is in the tube and you are at full stretch you lose oxygenation to the tissues. Each person is different to some degree, but if you choose vacuum as your enlargement medium you need to spend a great deal of time in study and use only the best equipment to do it. Healing from this one if you did not do major damage will probably take several months to get back 100%.

If you decide to pump again, be very careful of the time under vacuum. The old rule of thumb used to be 10 min maximum. When you exhaust the vacuum you then need to allow time for the blood to circulate and for full oxygenation to take place. The part that makes it work is the stretch then relax stretch then relax anyway.

The tissue itself is relatively easy to stretch the difficult to stretch parts are the suspensory, fundiform and penile web which are very tough ligament tissues. Vacuum pumping takes time, methodical work, patience and most of all diligence.

Pumping is NOT a set it and forget it situation.

Lets look at a few factoids that the pro's all know:

Pumping is first not a set and forget situation at all. You start with the smallest tube you can fit in comfortably. A new pumper will spend about the first two to six months in this tube alone until the pathways develop for the lymphatic fluid to create the expansion. A beginning pumper often becomes impatient and uses vacuum levels that are too high and or messes up on the tissue oxygenation. It's common. . . .You're not alone on this one. Patience and persistence always win here.
Then you begin in about three months as the pathways develop to graduate to a tube one size larger. You start out in the original tube and wait until you fill that tube completely. At one of your oxygenation brakes after you see all sides of your penis touching the lucite top to bottom you then graduate up in size to the next tube. Never too fast! Patience is the key here. In the beginning if you push too hard you are going to be prone to many different types of injuries. The worst are the water blisters and every new pumper does that one at one time or another. They are painful and they take about 2 weeks to heal. After about 18-24 months a 90 minute session will take you through as many as 3 gradually increasing tube sizes and you will fill the diameters of each one completely before you graduate up to the next larger size. By the 3-4 year mark you may find that the original smallest size you started out with will no longer fit you because the girth has increased to the point that it is too tight. That tube is then eliminated and you keep slowly adding at the top and eliminating tubes at the bottom of the size chart. When you have been at it 36 months the fluid transfer happens even faster so you may be able to go up four sizes 1/4 inch at a time. Length is the difficult part to get by pumping because it depends on the genetics of your ligament tissues. Back at the two year point permanent girth gains in most start to happen. I can go into more detail with you if you PM me, but the idea here is to go back and while you are completely healing to research this extensively. Knowledge is the key and patience is your greatest asset. Wish you a complete and great healing and remember anything worth doing is worth doing very well. If you want to PM me we can do some more dialog on this and maybe in time get you a good restart minimizing the chances for injury.

Everyone should get their doctor's opinion BEFORE trying any of this PE stuff. I'm amazed the FTC and/or the FDA isn't cracking down on these medical device makers and sellers.
