I would keep your business to yourself until you have a plan. I was married for over 20 years and finally realized that I was living a lie, that ended in divorce. It took me quite a while before having sex after the divorce, as I wanted to get my head together. You just have to take a deep breath and decide what you want out of life. The last thing you wife needs to know at this time is your deep desires. You need to have a goal and figure out a plan to limit the emotional damage to your children and wife.
