ok, from my experience with pumping, it's not easy to keep to the task for more than an hour or so (but then again I water pump, so being in a bathtub for that long is obnoxious for other people in the house).

if you really wanna do that you should:
1. pay attention to what your body is telling you. Overpumping is a problem that can easily happen. you're only given one penis, and it'd be a shame to lose it.
2. don't be afraid to take breaks. from what I've read taking a minute off for every 5 minutes in when doing longer times is a wise move for total gains. .
3. have water and lube ready. lube for securing the seal and making it so that your member can expand properly in the tubes for if you reach the cylinder walls. water because hydration is helpful and depending on the lube in question you'll be able to easily reactivate it.

good luck with whatever you choose to do. I'm of the same mind that working on your physical fitness will help more in the long run.

So your job and stress are an issue? Some excercise can really do a lot to reduce stress and make you feel better able to cope. Just walking is excellent and free. Start small, but start.

Marathon pumping is absolutely not a good idea. A few hours in the tube is more than enough to get you to max. Anything past that is just going to cause damage. Bruising, blisters, nerve damage....any of that sound desirable or beneficial?
