I'm Trying A New Approach To Pumping. Thoughts Please

So my previous approach was to pump to as high as I can tolerate. Usually about 15hg, to see how much I can stretch my dick in the tube. The most it's gone to was about 9.25 inches.

So I've decided to continue jelqing and stretches, but only pump at low pressures to stimulate blood flow. I'm going to try to just stay under 6hg. I'm interested in seeing if I'll get any benefits from this. Any thoughts or suggestions?

I've tried it both ways high and low, if you start high right away you can avoid a little donut, if you go slow and low you end up with more fluid buildup. Personally I like to pump high as I can, 20inhg and release back to 10 a few times holding it high for only a few seconds. Then when I start to deform I jelq to fix it a bit

the low pressure bit helps for being able to multitask when pumping (you can catch up on some tv shows this way)

As long as you’re getting yourself fully erect when you put the vacuum cylinder on and start evacuating then you should be OK using your methodology. For me when I start to lose my erection then I let my penis rest and then I masturbate until it gets nice and hard and I put my wrecked penis back in the vacuum chamber and evacuate and try to hold it there for as long as possible so that I have a really good blood pressure inside the spongiform tissue inside the shaft.

Ive got the girth and have stopped growing in length, cannot seem to get over this plateau. I have been stuck at the same basic length for awhile and thought of trying something different to help add length. Any suggestions

stretching first is suggested, though like most exercise, it's better that you're doing anything at all.

Have you taken a break for a few weeks and then restarted a program?

No, I have been doing it everyday, 7 days a week for over a year. Do you think that may be the answer? Any other suggestions? I just want to get passed this 7.25 BPEL . I really want to get to 8". I also have been wearing the Stealth sleeve to try and get a more shower than a grower. Don't know if that is possible. I had tried wearing an extender but because of my girth now it just won't fit at the base even when I am soft. Thanks for any suggestion.

It's been times where I grew during a decon break. You have to give it a rest sometimes.
