well never underestimate the power of pushups, running, and even P90x. P90x requires little equiptment just bar bells, a chair, and a pullup bar for 20$ at walmart.
There are many variations of pushups that work the chest, shoulders, and triceps. You can use chairs for "bardips", and don't forget all the various ab area workouts.
I guarantee you that with a disciplined workout involving the above (no money required), you'd have a much better than average "summer body" :biggrin1:
Lots of free resources on the 'net. Look for high intensity interval training (HIIT). Find a routine, stick with it regularly, it will put you in decent shape in about a month or so.
One thing I forgot, 1 legged squats can be brutal.
Hold on to something for balance and stick one of your legs straight out. Squat with the other leg till your nuts hit the ground, then press back up. Whole time keep your other leg straight out.
