In the UK / Bournemouth on Business

I will be in Bournemouth on business from Tuesday February 23 until Friday the 26th of February. I know there are a lot of UK folks on here. Can anyone tell me about Bournemouth and Poole? Are there any gay / bi friendly spots out on the South coast? I am staying at the Marriott in Bournemouth which looks really nice.

I have been to London before, but never to the south coast of UK.
