Anyone had this issue? Lately, when I urinate, I think I am done (shake a few times), then pull up the pants and go about my day, but find that after I walk away, some more urine comes out to make a damp spot on my boxers about a 3" diameter spot. I am 32 now, and wondering if this is somewhat normal, or what I might do to get it to stop.

I've also noticed my hip flexors (adductor; inside of thigh) is sore and tight. I've given it rest but it doesnt seem to be improving, so I think i am going to try working it out with leg curls or something. Its frustrating. Anyone else had something like this?

I've had the problem for a long time now. My fix is to put it away, then immediately take it out and give it another good shake, usually takes care of the problem. Also prefer to use a stall rather than the urinal, as there is tp there, just in case. I go over-the-top anyhow, and that means unzipping and undoing the belt.

I've been noticing the same problem as I've gotten older. My urologist told me a year ago that my prostate is getting bigger and showed me a picture he took during a procedure to remove kidney stones. He said not to worry because its a natural phenomenon. I have notice my pee stream becoming weaker over the years as has my ejaculation so I chalk it up to my prostate. The only think I can say is that sitting rather than standing helps to completely void your bladder and urethra of urine. Also, if you are wearing zippered pants while peeing, the crotch of the zipper may be pressing against your urethra thereby creating an obstruction. Make sure you are not being pinched in that area while voiding or you will have leakage after you've zippered up.

Get checked out with the doctor, could be anything from colitis to prostrate cancer to a weak bladder muscle to a bladder infection.

Only the doc can do the required tests and make you right or at the very least put your mind at rest or put right something that affects your quality of life with a straighforward simple operation or medication

I had a recent check up to get a baseline prostate measurement because of my age and family history. I'm slightly enlarged and I call it frequent flyer avoid khaki pants to avoid the damned drip stain. Discussed trying Cialis for BPH and he said its secondary side effect was a better stream and force as well as the erection benefit. It's been ok but pircey so to stretch it out I taking every other day and working on kegles to strengthen the muscle wall.

Unfortunately, having a little left in the pipe is a natural part of ageing. Still, it's a good idea to run it by your doctor as it can be a sign of other issues, too.

Should I go to my primary doctor, or to a specialist like Gastrointestinal, or urologist? I did go once before to my primary care doctor, who thought it was a muscle strain since my lower back is hurting...he prescribed some 800mg ibuprofen and muscle relaxers, but it doesnt really help.

I have had that problem like forever. I went to a urologist when I was a teen and got checked out and there was nothing wrong with me. I doubt there is anything wrong with you either. One reason I started wearing boxerbriefs was because whenever I took a piss if I was wearing boxers the last few drops would always run down my leg no matter how much I shook it off. LOL
