I've been doing PE seriously for 7 weeks now. I began a diary on March 31st. I measured myself yesterday.
While I've gained .8" in length, I've gained over 1" in girth.
Before PE:
4" soft girth
5.1" erect girth
Yesterday's measurements:
5.5" soft girth
6.5" erect girth
I measured it several times just to make sure I was seeing correctly.
I'm doing a hot wrap for 5 minutes each day, stretching exercises and then 30 minutes of continuous jelquing. Then I massage my scrotum vigrously on the left and right sides. I then do a pulldown of my scrotum where I grab the top of my ball sac with my thumb and forefinger and pull down 100 times.
I do this routine 6 days a week, resting one day.
Any advice? Opinions?
