Increase Length but not Girth?

I need some help.

I have searched but could not find a topic that dealt with just length. I am very happy with my girth at 7", to the point I don't want it any bigger as the knock backs drive me a bit crazy.

But I do want more length, currently around 7" long.

Is there a good method that will improve my length without an increase in girth?
 
Unfortunately, there aren't any guaranteed length-only (or girth-only, for that matter) exercises. Gaining length runs the risk of gaining at least some girth. If you pursue length exercises, monitor your girth carefully if you are concerned about unwanted girth gains.
 
Focusing exclusively on stretches (along with stamina work) will help you isolate length. Dry jelqs done with a low degree of erection will also help in that area.
 
with girth at 7 and length around 7 your well above the stated averages from many studies. agree you probably dont want your girth any larger but 7 inches is a pretty good length. Girth is where its at anyway man - stimulate those walls more. length is mostly for show. some girls may like it when a guy goes balls deep but if he's small in girth the girl is really missing out on the major stimulation a big fat dick can give them.
 
I wanna pick the opportunity to ask what's the right amount of pulling one has to perform when doing stretching... I use to stretch to my max bpfsl everytime I do a single stretch but I heard this could touhgne the tunica thus preventing any further penile gain... what about you mates?

are you already 7 in girth?? you are already massive ..where's the benefit of getting a cock bigger than this?!

There's almost always some carryover between exercises- especially where the tunica is concerned. The tunica is often considered the hardest part of the penis to grow.

Stretches tend to add a little girth- especially at the base if you're doing multidirection stretches (multidirection stretches/hanging is a recommended solution to boosting base girth). Intense girth work can loosen up the tunica making length exercises more effective- which is one reason why girth is recommended before length.

There's plenty of great sites out there but there's also a wealth of information as well as very helpful members here.

I stretch to the max 7 days a week and have had great success.i also pump 5 days a week.but..everyone is divferent.
