I'm a heavy precummer and I used to just precum a little. What changed that is doing kegels, and also edging frequently. The kegels were the most important because I now cum a lot more and a lot further, and I know that has to do with making my PC muscle stronger. If I don't do them for several months, I'll notice I have a lot less distance and volume, and I still precum alot, just not as much.
